Jet Airways — seat changed during boarding from 1a to 19a with no reason.. no sorry.. no explanations

Was belittled during boarding when the jet airways staff snatched the boarding pass and manually stroke 1a and wrote 19a with no reason.. No sorry.. And no explanation at all.. Humiliating experience.. Require compensation from jet airways for the same..
