One staff member at the boarding gate named irfan at the delhi airport as we boarded for the flight to kathmandu was extremely rude and cursory. He literally said "go". There was no "please" or polite words to ask me to move forward. How can you ask a customer to go? The correct words to say would have been please keep moving, or please move forward, etc.
I am very disappointed with the service and am even thinking of not flying jet anymore.
I think your staff need to be taught how to be more polite and thoughtful, gentle and patient with travellers. Was this information helpful? |
