Jet Airways — ticket cancel by airlines but not received the refund

I have booked a flight ticket on dated 28 march 2019 but the ticket is cancelled by the airlines on 12 april 2019 and my trip is on 13 april 2019. They don't provide me any alternate flight and told me via email u will get full refund within 10 to 12 working days but today is about 16 days i have not received any amount till now i request you to kindly refund me the amount on top priority. My pnr number is - yursfp and ticket no is[protected], trip is from dehradun to guwahati, flight no is - 9w 676, time is - 13 apr 2019
