Jet Airways — ticket cencelled but amount not refunded

I have cencelled my air ticket on 02.04.2015, but neighther amount has been refunded in my account nor updated the position of my tickets. Details of my flights are as under:- 1.9W 2424 trans.ID no.[protected] PNR no.SPVIYZ dated 09.04.2015 2. 9W 2315 Trans.ID no.[protected] PNR no.DNXVKR dated 12.04.2015 Please advise the position of my rufund amount.
