Hi, my nephew is the victim he is just 12 yrs passed and travelling with the valid adult ticket from trivandrum airport to doha . from jet airways counter staffs in trivandrum airport make him stand for 2 hrs and making him cry with very bad behaviours, they told him without paying inr 4000 you cant travel, the reason they told it is child fare . i repeat he is travelling with the valid adult fare ticket. please take action against this. i know many passengers are victims of this type unauthorized charges.(ticket copy attached) shalu
