Jet Airways — utter rude behaviour by mr. ajin the duty officer at hamad international airport doha

I was traveling to mumbai from doha on 11th march 9w551 and had bought a free bag with the 2alcohol bottles. I hence had 2bags now. I was stopped by mr. Ajin from jet airways at the boarding gate who asked me about the two bags. I informed him that the second bag was a duty free complimentary bag.

He told me to be on standby and made me wait for 25mins. After which he came back to me asking me what did i decide. I told him again and again that it was a comp. Duty free bag. He stated that i need to pay qar 280 riyals.

I was the last to board and he asked me to pay in cash. I even told him that i have no checked in baggage. He however did not listen to me and insisted that i pay.
He told me that i cannot check in the bag for free. I told him that other passengers before me were allowed.

When i asked for his name to complain, he asked me what was my profession to which i told him that i am cabin crew. He further insulted me saying what can a cabin crew do.

I finally paid the qar 280 riyals and my duty free bag went in the cargo even though i dint have even a single kg checked in.in front of me another customer was allowed to check at the counter for free by his fellow colleague. I want to know why the discrimination amoung the passengers.
He even treated 2 passengers besides me with such rudeness rather than being polite.

I request you to please get into the details of the matter and solve this. I am disgusted with the service given by mr. Ajin. I was humiliated by him.

I will go to any length to make sure this gets heard. Mr. Ajin is by far the most disrespectful person i have ever seen in the hospitality industry.

Do not fly with this company, there customer service is very rude, they are not flexible or understanding. i bought my sister a ticket to fly from Amsterdam to Toronto, this was a birthday present for my sister. i was not aware of the new change to the visa policy, for European union member entering Canada. I had work many hours over time and had not seen my sister in almost 5 years. she was not allow to board the flight to Toronto i called and asked the company to give me credit on her return flight from Toronto to Amsterdam. The customer service agent said too bad, you can not get credit. This company is not compassionate. i understand it was a mistake. i feel that the travel agent should inform European union member countries that when traveling to Canada they require a visa.
next time i am going to book with a company that cares about their customer, if you want bad customer service and disappointment then please book with JET AIRLINES.
