Jet Airways — Very unprofessional service at Delhi domestic section @T3 | |||
Good day sir, I regret to inform you that I experienced the worst airline service at jet airways domestic section @T3 terminal today afternoon . I had a connecting flight Singapore to Delhi and than to dehradun. I arrived Delhi on schedule and was in the queue in the domestic section @ 1345 after collecting baggage and custom clearance. Flight to dehradun was scheduled for 1440 . And what happened in the queue was unbelievable . There were more than 50 passengers in the queue and there were only 2 boys serving them and that too they were not there at the counter regularly. I already had my boarding pass from Singapore I just had to check in my luggage . I reached the counter at 1425 quickly cleared security check and was at the boarding gate at 1435 and what I see is gate was closed. Pls take note there were no announcements . When I was in the queue I told one jet airways staff at 1400 that my flight is at 1440 and she told me that flight will only be leaving at 1500 hrs please be in the queue . But more surprisingly I was not the only one who missed the same flight because of this bad management there were 6/7 more passengers who were quarreling with the counter staff. Pls check the record for today's dehradun flight at 1440 how many refunds were given to check that I am telling the truth. As for me I have been issued a ticket for tomorrow so I am staying at Delhi at my own expenses and all my plans and meetings were spoiled . Pls this is my humble request to look into this matter .
