9w 237 arrived at 12.20 am on 16th nov 18 my mrs was waiting for wheelchair for more than 2 hrs at 2.15 men brought wheelchair & not allowing to seat non airline staff or airport authorities staff were ready to help almost all staff left in half hrs since she was handicapped she felt giddiness fell down some senior passer by help me check out. It should be viewed seriously arrange proper wheelchair as requested in the tickets
