Jet Airways — Wrong promise

Hello Sir, I want to register a complain against jet airways. I m traveling from jet airways from last 4 years, my membership number is [protected]. I have 20, 000 Approximate jetprivilege miles, due to this they first locked my account for more then 2 month, i had register a complain to them, still they can"t provide the solution.I inform them to redeem by miles, they ask to me to send the traveler details, i had forward all the details to them, they stop responding to my mail, they cant even answer my call.My complaint number is 794-956'' 577-762. Please help me to solve this problem. waiting for a positive reply
