I was passenger on 20 thNov inflight no9w2658 from Chandigarh to New Delhi and since the airport was shifted to new location I could not reach on time so I have to carry my luggage as cabin luggage as I was carrying one imported scissor which I deposited at counter Icameback on23/Nov/15 but despite my best efforts I was not provided my article. Tushar the boy at ticketing triedhislevelbestbut he toofailedthe counter girl did not pick phone. If this the plight of Jet air ways It is shame on their part and I will suggest not to travel in such airline where employee are so dishonest for petty things.
