[Resolved]  Jetairways — urgent not issued boarding pass

I had a booking from your airlines today with the booking name as

But your airport staff in the counter no. A and your supervisor mr. Praveen declined from giving me the boarding pass, i was travelling to kathmandu from delhi, they said that my identity proof is not valid and is not listed as a valid proof in the immigration bureau of india. But as mentioned in the official site of boi, my identity is as valid as any other for international travelling (Kathmandu, nepal).
Due to inconvenience caused by you to me i have suffered a lot of pressure and tension both mentally and physically. I want your immediate and quick response.
