I Dilip Raj Mehta, Surat booked kolkatta package with ‘jet my trip’ on 24th Dec 2016 vide booking id no. jmt[protected]. according to talk with
Mr Amit Mehta +[protected], and other numbers like[protected], /[protected], continusly to book package for my 20 friends, and getting hotel vouchers through mail. but, when i called the hotels to confirm our accommodation, i came to know that thier was no booking done at The Peerless Hotel.Even though hotel refuse, booking through such unauthorized agent like "JET MY TRIP", provided, does not exist in The PEERLESS HOTEL KOLKATA.when i contacted to ‘jet my trip’ in this regard, they informed that we send a mail to Hotel they will confirm later, and then NO TELEPHONIC Comunication till date of departure, we constrained to cancel our booking and asked them to refund my money. but they didn’t refund till date. i wrote them so many mails in this regard, but they do not bother to reply any one.
Kindly help me to get my money back at the earliest.
