respected sir/madam,
I had purchased Esprit watch model no ES-101762 two years back.Since last 6 moths it malfunctioned thrice.
Once in June,12 ( challan no - 352) i had repaired it i was told that there was some problem with the battery and same was changed.
Then again in November,12 (challan no - 653) i again got it repaired as it was working slow, i was told it was malfunctioned due to moist, but as it is water resistant and also i dont use it daily how can this be the problem? I was told that again some servicing done and battery changed.Now again after few days it has got some problem and it stopped working.2 January,13 i have given it for repair (challan - 768),
Pls llok into the matter and provide me the resolution as soon as possible or else replace the wrist watch with new one.
