Dear sir/madam,
Myself Ram Prakash Tyagi, r/o D-122,Ganesh Nagar Pandav Nagar complex, near kali mandir,Delhi-110092,had purchased goods via order no.[protected] on Emi options through Standard Charted Credit Card on 23/10/12.
But the statement which I had received by Standard Charted bank had charged full amount in transactions Rs, 22,360, when I had contacted bank they said the merchant has not forwarded us any request for the same.
Therefore it is requested you to kindly contact with bank and convert this order in EMI.

That this order is not converted in EMI till Today, and bank has charged full amount which is payable on 26th Nov.2012. I am a regular customer and now I am very disappointed by your services.
That I had requested earlier on 7/11/12 through mail for the same {copy attached of mail}
