[Resolved] Jewelskart — Jewelskart cheated by cancelling the successful order and eated my Hard earned Money | |||
Dear Sir, Jewelskart.com cheated me and eated my hard earned money. This is regarding [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I had made these orders by SBI Credit card. The amounts were debited from my card and showing as successful transaction on date 28 December 2012 in my Credit Card statement. I also receive order confirmations from this company. Jewelskart.com cancelled these orders. I receive call from their executive. He said that he did not get money from Gateway, so he cancelling my order. That is 100% wrong statement, the fund are successfully debited from my card. Kindly act on this matter and dispatch the purchased products as soon as possible. If thiscompany is not capable to fulfill orders, kindly refund the money with 20% compensation, failing which matter would be dealt legally. I will wait for resolution from this company for next 48 hours, after which i will fire F.I.R against this company in Police Station and will also fire legal suit against this company in court... The amounts were debited from my card and showing as successful transaction on date 8 January 2012 in my Credit Card statement. I also receive order confirmations from this company.
Jewelskart.com cancelled these orders. I receive call from their executive. He said that he did not get money from Gateway, so he cancelling my order. That is 100% wrong statement, the fund are successfully debited from my card.
Kindly act on this matter and dispatch the purchased products as soon as possible. If thiscompany is not capable to fulfill orders, kindly refund the money with 20% compensation, failing which matter would be dealt legally.
