[Resolved]  Tanishq / Jewellery — OVER CHARGING THROUGH MALPRACTICE

over charging through Mall Practice by Tanishq(jewelery division) I have purchased a 22KT finger ring on 25.11.2012 vide invoice no.TNO/CM/8398 from ''Tanishq'' show room at Sector-18, Noida (Ph.[protected]. As per Tanishq invoice standard rate of gold for 22KT is 3209.00 rupees per gram on 25.11.2012 where as in the market Gold rate for the same purity is Rs.2952.00 (I gave proof also to Tanishq).Sent many mails for clarification to explain why there is difference in the base rate of gold for same purity.till date I could not get reply of my question.Now they have stopped even responding. Tanishq has alloted complaint reference number “[protected]” .I wrote a registered letter to TANISHQ head office bangalore vide registered post no.RU[protected]IN but no reply received.You are requested to check mall practices of the company and arrange to refund excess money charged Regards Kashi Prasad
