I have ordered a 7grms gold ring on 2 februvary 2020 and given advance of Rs 24000 on that days price level they agree to bill but now the are charging today's price level and 25% wastage and work charge. for one month they are not yet finished it but today they said that it is ready and said about all these charges.now I paid the amount what they asked and got the gold ring

    I had purchased a pair of drop earrings (Variant no. 552812dfjaaa00) vide invoice adh/cm/12507 dated 17.11.2017 from tanishq at link road, andheri west. The earrings were represented as being 14 karat gold with the entire earring being gold in color. Today, we have visited to TANISHQ, All female employees are in sarees like , i did asked for diamond ring in low price as showing in recent television ad's. Then, finger ring employee started to show attitude, she is totally nervous to show us the designs because, we asked low price finger ring. This thinking she is wife of vijay mallya of bangalore. I have visited many jewelry shops in bangalore never faced such a wrong face in my life. The way of behavior of this employee really sucks.. Wakeup!       Yesterday i bought a gold bangle(29.46gm) from Tanishq showroom , Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I had invested in gold harvest scheme last year for 5000/- per month.After an amount of 60000/- from the sceme I paid cash amount of 52234/- but the retail invoice showed the bangle price to be 107746/- instead of 112746.Tthough the counter person gave me some reason of not including the 5000/= that Tanishq was supposed to add in the gold harvest scheme, I still feel cheated and fail to understand why the amount of 5000/- does not show in the bill. The retail invoice no is KBT/CM/2686, dated 07/09/2012.

I am a house wife and husband is a Central Govt. Servant. I visited Tanishq Showroom, Shahnajaf Road, Hazratganj on 16.08.2012 and selected one pendent set bearing Code No. 5010551SLAAA02. Shri S.Husain and a sales girl have attended me. I have selected one pendent set bearing Code No. 5010551SLAAA02 and I have informed about the price and discount of 20% on the same set. Due to some technical problem My deal was not done on the same day. Shri S. Husain asked me to come another day. Then I visited the showroom on 18.08.12 at 13.00 hrs. and met the same sales girl and Mrs Husain. On the same day the staff is telling for 20% discount.After completing the formalities the pendent set was OK to delivered me. Shri Husain is going to generate the bill and suddenly told me that the discount is 5% instead of 20%. I protest the matter before the Manager but no can hear me. I request you to investigate the matter and give justice to me and also responsibility should be fixed the irresponsible staff of Tanishq. Thanking you

            Overview

            I had placed an order for some Tanishq gift vouchers amounting to 3000 rupees. I placed the order on 30th April, 2012 after full payment and was told that I will receive the order within 10-15 working days. My order number is[protected].

            Issues:

            1. Today even after 17 working days I have not received my order.
            2. Today even after 17 working days there is no idea about what is the status of my order.
            3. The customer care people do not give you a correct response and will keep passing the buck.
            4. After repeated communication and requests for call backs by managers, no one will give a damn.

            Overall Opinion

            I think I made a wrong decision by going for Tanishq. People had told me not too, but I trusted the TATA name behind the brand. I shouldn't have. Don't do the same mistake people, you can't trust them with gifts for your loved ones. You will be left stranded and they won't take any responsibility for it. All you will get to hear from them is "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused." Once the money is in their account, they will keep you at their mercy.

            Very demeaning and unprofessional TATA enterprise.

              We ordered some Jewellery on 29 Jan 12.

              The order was for specific item with a Product Code as per Tanishq Product catalogue.

              An advance of Rs 81047.00 was given to the Tanishq Store at Gold Souk. 25 days later we were called to collect the item, which turned out to be far from the specifications/design/quality as specified in the catalogue. Since 22 Feb 12, we have been requesting for the refund and the store is refusing the same on some pretext or the other. They have been offering substitute products /schemes but not returning the money. Now they state that their bankers would take 30 days to return the funds which is totally ridiculous as similar refunds from other merchants take just one week.

              Clearly the Tanishq people are no better than the Street Jewellers of yesteryears, where it was easy to pay but impossible to get your money back.

                GOLD COST WE WERE HAVING WAS MORE THAN THE COST OF BANGLE. WE ASKE THEM TO REFAND THE ADDITIONAL MONEY, BUT THEY SAID AS PER THE COPANY POLLICE CASH CANOT BE REFUNDED.

                IF THIS IS THE RULE OF COPANY , IS IT IN FAVER OF COSTOMER?

I purchased a mangal sutra chain of weight 30.740 on 2/2/11 vide purchase invoice 2T/URB/2010/2477 & No.URB/CM/20748 from Tanishq Usman Road Branch Chennai and I found later that there is a cut in the joints of design loops of the chain and approached the shop on Jan. 2012.                   Placed an order for gold bangle. Order ref no:141 Date:[protected] order value: 1,24,266

                  During the time I placed the order, I was informed that I will have to pay 10,000 as an advance and place the order and later I can fix the gold price according to my convenience.

                  The ordered bangle was ready after 20-30 days. When I called to find about the deadline for fixing gold rate, I was informed that I can fix it anytime when the gold rate is less. I did call them again, the person informed me that they did not call me because the rates were high and they would call me when the rates go down and I can fix that day.

                  In fact when we placed the order, I have informed them that I stay in Bangalore so it would be difficult for me to come on the weekdays even if I fix the price. They said even if I fix it on the weekday, I can come on the weekend and purchase it.

                  Today[protected], the gold rate is 2610(market) and 2625 (tanishq rate) . I have been trying to fix the rate from morning, nobody seemed to respond.

                  Each time a different person picks the call and I explain the whole story again, their response would be,

                  1. Will check with the concerned person and get back in 10 mins. no response after that
                  2. Store manager is on leave, sent him a message , will gte back in an hour. no response after that.
                  3. There is no such policy of freezing the gold rate.
                  4. This policy is only applicable from Jan 2012.
                  5. You can never place an order by paying 10000, you have to pay 25% of the estimated amount.
                  6. Put me on hold telling that the are connecting to the floor manager.
                  7. given me a mobile number of the floor manager who never picks the call.
                  8. When asked to call the person who attended me when I placed the order, they say that those pepole are busy on other floors, cant go and call them because I am a receptionist.

                  From 2 pm until 6 pm, I would have made at least 10-15 calls and each time different person , different response.

                  Finally I got hold of a person Selvaraj, who says there is no such option and it was a miscommunication and If I freeze now, I will have to pay the entire amount now itself and get the bangle.

                  1. The day I placed the order, I was at the showroom for an hour, I had aroung 4-5 people including the manager who explained me all these options. And now they say all 5 miscommunicated.
                  2. I have clearly informed them that I was in Bangalore and can't come the same day I freezed rate, since this was accepted I did place an order.
                  3. If they have informed me today at 2pm that If I freeze now, I have to bill it today, I would have asked my cousins to do that. With all the struggle I get the information at 6:30 where none of my cousins can reach because they have to travel for 2-3 hours to reach coimbatore , by then it would be beyond 8 and the showroom would close.

                  The main thing that I am frustrated about is that,

                  When all other tanishq showrooms don't have all these policies, why the coimbatore showroom came up with their own new policy like
                  1. flexibility of rate fixation
                  2. place order with advance of just 10000, (which is not even 25% of the order value)
                  3. giving wrong information to the custmers whenever they called up.

                  Why are they not letting me fix the gold rate? Is it because the rate is low today, they can drag and make me fix on the day when rate is more.
                  Is the ordered bangle with them or have they sold it already ?

                  Finally today I have not fixed the gold price.All these false promises made me loose trust on Tanishq. I have second though if I should get a bangle from such a unreliable brand.

                  I would be much glad if my advance is refunded.

                    On Aug,11,2011 I purchased some gold jewellery from Pearl creations, Noida Tanishq retail outlet and i wanted the payment to be shared between my Debit card and Credit cards. the retail sales person first swiped my debit card and returned as there is a limit of Rs.25,000 on the card and asked for credit card from which he took the whole amount. After 2days I verified the bank statement I found that Rs.25000 was deducted from my bank. I reported the same to retail outlet who assured that if the money is received they would reverse it. But after a 10 days period they acknowledged that money received in their a/c but since there was no charge slip, they advised me to lodge a complaint to my Bank. which i did on 18th Aug,2011. the bank gave a service request and suggested me to wait for 10 days to respond. Even after 10 days the bank did not respond, upon my request the bank advised me to send a written customer dispute form to be faxed, which with great difficulty I did 4 times and bank continued to say they did not receive and suggested to send a scan copy to email which also initially they mailed that they were not able to read it due to type of file format, the mail was once again sent. the customer relations manager mailed that it would take some time and likely to be resolved by Jan'12. he has said it would take 10 days for the bank to transact with merchant bank and another 10 days it might get reversed or they would take up with VISA which would take 30 days. I am confused that with all the correspondence no one assures me of when the money would be reversed. The tanishq store accountant Mr.Dinesh also told during my follow-up that they can reverse money back to the bank but an amount of 2% would be charged. I feel a clear case of cheating by the retail outlet. I am not sure whether it is the carelessness of tanishq persons or poor response of bank. kindy help

                        I was in discussion regarding on eproperty in resale. Initially he sounded genuine but later when I did not like what he had available with him, he started abusing me. He started insulting me saying that I should instead buy land and build my own house, instead of going for an apartment. Definitely he was trying to make fun of me, as he knew I would not be able to afford buying land in Gurgaon.
                        I am just show relived that I came to know about his attitude before making any deal through this un-professional and ill-mannered property dealer: "Tanishq Properties"

                        This above gentleman was looking for an apartment in under construction project, whatever he wanted to purchase...we specifically provided him all option according to his requirement than he started avoiding the option which shows his reluctance and no intention of purchasing any property while we do our hard work in order to provide customize solution with full transparency to our customer. Purchasing of land suggestion was given him keeping his vastu aspects in mind

                        Raising this kind of things on site is very easy and misunderstood but check yourself first.

                        Spoiling somebody’s impression like this may lead into legal action for further process.

                        We are a team of young professional with profound knowledge of real estate industry, believe in providing quality service with customize solution.
                        Gurgaon is filled with all such ill-mannered property dealers. I have another story with Narender Property dealer (opposite ansal Plaza in Palam Vihar.He is taking 1% from both the saling
                        and purchasing party of a land. However, he creates confusions while
                        talking and is not ready to take any blame on him at any cost. We had to
                        cancel Tatkal tickets of Rajdhani Express for this deal (Rs 6500/- lost) and book a flight worth Rs 14000/- only because of his mis-communication
                        on the day of deal. However, when we tried to negotiate with him for
                        the loss, he ran away from this matter and said it is between the
                        parties and not of his concern. I think this is a very unprofessional
                        attitude because he is charging commission of 1% from both the the parties and relieving himself from his duties, that too when the circumstance arose because of his own fault.I suggest avoid making any deal with this ill-mannered property dealer.

                          Dear Concern,

                          After repeatedly requesting from 1st June,for our DSL line shifting of our line[protected],in the name of Tanishq Investments,from(C-54 ,Sec-2 to A-43 Sec-7,Noida ,U.P),it is yet pending.
                          we are being given one deadline after another,the executives Raman Shahi,Tanveer Malik and Parul Jha all committed time till 9th June 6:30pm and when at 6pm I spoke to Parul she replied very rudely saying it's not yet 6:30 then why cant I wait? Is this how Airtel treats clients,to my utter disappointment I now spoke to Priyam Shrivas,he further gave me a deadsline of 24 hours,I just want to know what is happening?? One deadline after another,Will Airtel pay for the revenue loss and the inconvenience we are facing.The internet has started working from 11th june but at a very slow pace,and the telephone is still dead.
                          The nodal officer also does not respond to the phone calls.Please help.

                            WRONG PRODUCT HANDED OVER

                            I have purchased a gold chain (variant No 510784CEAEAA00) ON 28 Aug 2009.The Invoice Clearly shows that the net weight of the chain is 7.220gms.on the same day of purchase i gave the chain to them for rodium polish. they handed over the chain to me after few days.

                            I was visiting my hometown Gwalior on the occasion of Diwali. Me and my wife along with our daughter went to purchase jewelery at the Tanishq Showroom situated in Sarafa Bazaar, Gwalior. Tanishq had come out with a big advertisement campaign for their Queen of Diamonds contest in print and electronic media. As per the ads one had to buy jewelry worth Rs.15000 to be eligible for the grand price of a Rs.50 lakh worth diamond necklace.The date and time was 4th of November 2010. Naturally, attracted by the scheme I went on to buy jewelery worth Rs. 19000 although I had gone with the intention of making only a small purchase just because it was festival time. I was duly given a Queen of Diamonds token and asked to fill up the name, address etc and drop in a cardboard carton while keeping the counterfoil with me. As per the Ad and as printed on token the Queen of Diamonds bumper draw was due on 7th Nov 2010.
                            After my short vacation to Gwalior I was back to my work place in Visakhapatnam. When I checked the Tanishq website, I found that the Queen of Diamonds draw was held in Bangalore on 7th Nov 2010 and somebody named Dimple Bajaj has won it.
                            To my dismay, I found certain intriguing aspects in the whole matter. First, even though I made the purchases on 4th Nov evening, the invoice given by the Tanishq showroom was dated 3rd Nov evening, a clear 24 hours before I really made the purchase. Second, how could the tokens collected at Gwalior on 4th Nov late evening would have reached before 7th Nov to Bangalore is anybody's guess. It was not possible with 5th Nov being a Diwali holiday and 7th Nov being a Sunday; I have legitimate doubt about these tokens at all being sent to Bangalore to be part of the main draw. Third, when I went through the Terms and Conditions of the Queen of Diamonds contest given on the web site; a fine print states that only those tokens are eligible for the draw where two questions are correctly answered. This was the real surprise as nobody in the Tanishq showroom told me anything about answering any questions.
                            I lodged a complaint on Tanishq website. They gave me a Complaint number also at my email. One person claiming to be Area Sales Manager even called up from Indore on 12th or 13th Nov and to my utter disbelief he was'nt even aware that the main draw of Queen of Diamonds has already been drawn on 7th Nov. He mumbled something like no-no the draw is not yet over. When I insisted that draw is over on 7th Nov and this information is available on your own website; he had no answer and disconnected the phone.
                            I nutshell I am sure that the Contest was a bogus one and many gullible customers like me must have fallen prey to Tanishq's great smokescreen.
