on apr 2014 i went through jewria website, selected the flights for my tour itinerary from the jewria website and uploaded my request for booking of tickets .the site confirmed the availability of tickets and asked me to pay money through credit/debit card/Internet banking which i duly paid immediately through Internet banking.Then i got the reservation details and with the message that my booking has failed.some rep spoke to me on mobile that it would not possible to book ticket at that price and i have to send another 50000, for which i flatly refused and requested him to return my money .he told me that it would be done in three working days.till today ie 03 may 2014 i have not received my money . the customer care tele no[protected] and mobile no [protected], nobody is responding since 20 apr 2014 and jewria.co.in is not functioning
It seems jewria .co.in is a fraud website and now i need to file FIR at police station to take criminal action against the jewria authorities and refund my money along with compensation for the mental harassment
jewria has not responded to my email queries.Their customer service is nonexistent and this type of operators bring a bad name to india as jewria has indian flag logo in its website and they should be banned and men running the organisation should be put behind bars for cheating in buying international ticket /internet fraud by jewria .co.in/blackmailing to pay more money after false booking of tickets Was this information helpful? |
