[Resolved]  Jewria — Ticket not issued/refunded after taking money

My parents paid money to book their round trip tickets to US from B'lore on their website. We received a call from a representative that the ticket cannot be purchased for the price listed on your website and it requires about Rs 50, 000 additional money, so we asked to cancel the ticket. We were told that we would be refunded within a 3-5 days. However, so far we have not received any refund on the ticket. We have called the numbers listed on their website multiple times and were initially promised that the refund would be provided soon. However, in the last 3 weeks we have not been able to contact them on any of the phone lines, our emails have gone unanswered. This is a large sum of our money that they have not refunded.
