Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Kendra — Amount deducted and bill not paid(State bank of india,tech process solution)

Dear sir/madam,
As i have paid the electricity bill of amount 3319/-
Amount was deducted from my account and bill was not paid.
I have use the net banking of State bank of India and the portal was tech process solution(website jharkhand bijli vitran kendra).
The reference number of the transaction is [protected]IGAJSVIEY4.
I am attaching the screenshot of the account statement
kindly go through the matter.
