On 5th of septemeber i paid my electricity bill of rs 1135 through the website https://jbvnl.co.in the monet got deducted from my account but the receitp i got was blank, i contacted the electricity office of my area to enquire, they told that i have not made any payment. Further i called the consumer care no provided on the website they are so ignorant that neither they recieved calls nor they responded to any of my emails. Plz look into this matter..
