Dear Sir/Mam,
I have ordered a set of 5 Jhumkas from Jhumka Affair via Instagram Handle for Rs.299. I have received the products on due time but the quality of the same was not good. I have also messaged them to inform about the worst quality of the products received. They did respond to my message and asked me to send the box opening video. After sending the same, the didn't reply further. They are telling that they will provide a solution today or tomorrow but no proper solution received till date. Its been almost 20 days since the issue have started. Hoping to have a solution for the same. I have also attached the payment details and the product images for your kind perusal. Hoping to get a solution at the earliest.

I have ordered through Whatsapp on 27th July. Till date no update on the delivery. They did post that due to tech glitch there is delay in orders. Since I am not getting any response, I have asked them to refund the amount and now I have stopped getting response from them.. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this website. They seems to be cheater. (@jhumkaaffair)

I ordered from Jhumka Affairs on 14th October 2021 (they call themselves The Wholesale Lot now). Today is 12/02/2023 and I haven't received my earrings. I have constantly called and texted them but no proper response. Every time it's either a "hello mam" or "we will look into it, the product is not with us" from their side. Never ever buy from this Instagram page. A big NO NO.
