I have ordered a set of 5 Jhumkas from Jhumka Affair via Instagram Handle for Rs.299. I have received the products on due time but the quality of the same was not good. I have also messaged them to inform about the worst quality of the products received. They did respond to my message and asked me to send the box opening video. I have placed a order on 30th August and made the online payment as well. Though they mention their estimated delivery time is 5-10 days till date i have not received the product delivery, shipment details also they are not responding to the message even their customer care no is not working. I had asked for refund also but no response. Totally disappointing service.
