The Jio AirFiber is an excellent concept with poor maintenance. Particularly when problem arises, the consumer has to just beat the bush as complaining to the Jio AirFiber team. We are only directed to the toll free number. That number too not working and malfunctioning. After the problem solved, we receive calls and mails from them. Even then they do not accept their problems. After I took a snap of the problem shown in my TV, they just wanted to send a service engineer to inspect the router at my place. The person came and found nothing faulty at my place and went back. After that I received mails that their service engineer did not visit my place and will send again. They just want to do this and that to not accepting their problems. The Free phone number they have given has worked only on some occasions and not every time we wanted it.
