I am writing to formally escalate the excessive delay in the installation of my JioAirFiber connection under Order No. NO0001DBTJXA.
The advance payment of ₹2, 221.46 was made on 08 May 2026. At the time of booking, I was informed that the installation would be completed within 15 days of payment. However, despite the lapse of more than a month, the connection has not yet been installed.
Recently, I received a notification stating that the installation has been put on hold due to wiring-related work. While I understand that technical issues may arise, I have not been provided with a clear timeline for resolution or installation.
This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering that the payment was made well in advance based on the promised installation schedule. Was this information helpful? |
