Jio Fibernet — Jio Connection Issue

Issues with Air Fiber Max Plan (300 MBPS):
• On 12th December, I made a payment of Rs.11, 650 based on misleading information from the salesperson, who assured flexibility in plan changes and cancellations.
• Installation delays occurred, with the service engineer visiting on 17th December and actual internet connectivity achieved on 19th December, providing only 13 to 20 Mbps.
• Promised speed improvement after the billing date (21st December) did not materialize, with no internet on 23rd and 24th December and extremely low speed on 25th.
• Despite multiple assurances and appointments, no service engineer showed up on the promised dates, causing additional frustration and wasted time.
• On 26th December, it was discovered that Air Fiber Max is not feasible in my location, raising concerns about the inadequate assessment before installation.
• The policy restricting refunds or plan changes for Air Fiber Max is causing undue distress, especially considering the misinformation provided during the sales process.

Sales Manager's Response and Downgrading Plan:
• The sales manager mentioned they are considering downgrading my plan or providing a refund.
• However, when pressed for details, he directed me to check the My Jio app, avoiding disclosure of specific information.
• The downgraded plan offered was only 30Mbps, which does not address my initial requirement of 300Mbps.

Customer Support Response:
• Emailed customer support with a detailed account of my experience, but responses are generic, suggesting a temporary issue in my area that will be resolved in four hours.
• Lack of consistent and accurate information raises doubts about the company's commitment to customer support.

Issue Continues:

On 16th January i sat in Jio office from 4 PM to 10 PM asking the team to work on my request. They promised that there will be no issues atleast for 6 months. I got permission from my owner to fix and the whole day they worked and fixed the issue on 17th January. 12 days i worked with the connection. 2 weeks i was out of station then again the internet stopped working. when asked they are saying that the box has some issue. after paying amount of 12th December not even for 1 month i have used the connection properly. moreover they have charged me bill from December to january when there was no connection at all and saying that the billing dats can't be changed even if there is no connection still they will be charging us itseems. Please help me to get the money back. I am undergoin so much mental pressure because of this.
