मैंने जी ओ में नोकरी के लिए फॉर्म aplay किया था और मेने 1177₹ पे किए थे और मुझे कहा की आपके रु आपको मिल जाएगा पर रु नही मिले और नोकरी नही मिली ।

after which a Man named Adyta ( contact number [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/told us to call him in the morning, and when we talked to him he said that we have to pay 2100 as a caution deposit, ( we made a payment of 2100 in account #[protected] SBI Account branch SBI- SBIN0004380 (used for RTGS and NEFT transactions) after some time we receive another call which was in regards to the sim and laptop, again the other man asked for 12, 750/ out of which he says is a security deposit for the laptop, he also stated that 12000 would be refunded 750 would be adjusted, and when asked for the offer letter he stated that within 24 hours, I asked him for the refund after which he said that I will not get a rupee back, and started using nasty language, and said he will block my number.

I got the website and when I tap on it it takes me to the wtsp where there is the number +[protected] showing, with the DP of jio itself. Then they asked me for my personal information like aadhar card, phone number, name, birth and all. I gave them all the information on wtsp . Then at almost 8 .or 9. Am . I received a call that they have selected me and they will provide me laptop, mouse, printer for my work. But I have to do registation and for that I will have to give 2500 . But I think the man have no idea that we are not a fool I checked him on true caller where his name is coming as Arpit bhot from Bihar like seriously 😂 and he doesn't even have knowledge of how to speak in front of anyone he is speaking as fast as express like his hindi is too terrible for me to listen.. I just wanna request Google that please stop making these fake sites visible atleast on top.

I joined Workfromhomejio.com on 1st June 2021 and the agreement from the Jioonline office at Dwarka Nagar, New Delhi was received. Under some reason or the other, they have collected a refundable amount of Rs 18560( in total) from me but even after 10 days, making some excuse or the other, they have not refunded my money .Only after i get my money can i get a Wifi or laptop from them to do their data entry work.The concerned accounts manager of Jio is Abdul Khan. I am very angry with this behaviour on their part.

An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 78102 / - for total loss to our client.

Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 - compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 - compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.

SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..

I have paid Rs. 2121/- to JIO Mobile for recharge and company is saying this amount they have received for another reason and hence they are unable to refund repay my amount.

I registered in jio home job and paid but I didn't get the product they offered within time.. And there is no reply from them...

I janhvi haresh khairnar had registered in jio sms job on 30th june and they asked me to pay registration fee rs 2500 for it and after i paid it they asked me to pay gst fee rs 2170 and i also paid this amount.. Then they told me that this registration fee is refundable you will get it back after 30 days and also you will get the gst fee back when you get the free oppo f-15 mobile.. It's been 14 days now but they haven't sent an oppo f-15 mobile yet and don't receive my messeges and calls yet.. I request that either return my money back or send my mobile.. I humbly request you to take an action as soon as possible... Thanking you...

Fraud company jio home job they take from me 4670 as a registration fee and gst fee for sms sending job. Now they did respond my call and did give any response... Please take action upon them.

Hi friends, mera nam manoranjan hai. I am from berhampur, odisha. Mujhe jio home job ka ek message aya aur maine registration kiya. Inka jo 2500+2200+599 ka paytm mein karne ke baad. Ye log mera account ko activate nehi kiya phir maine bar bar phn karne par ye log mera phn kat diya. Phir inka mail per complain kiya phir bhi kuch nehi hua. Whts up bhi kiya kuch nehi hua 20 din hogaya. Friens ye log totally fraud, cheater and khatarnak kisam ke log hai. Phn karne par galli karte hai. Jio ke nam par paisa khate hein. Friends maine jitna jana ye bhole balee logo ko hi phasate hein. Pls is per registration mat kariye. Ye totally fraud and scam website hain.

I had done a transaction they had told me my money will be refunded within 1 hour and they are telling this to me since 2 days but they are not doing this. Please do the need full help as many people who are in need of money they belive this type of jobs will help them to solve their problem but unfortunely these guys will play in their life it may be a small amout which we have deposited think he as not only take the amout with me only he as cheated many people, please we fill you are best to resolve our problem,, and make people to be alert,

This is fraud, they are using jio brand name
They will block your whatsapp and call after you make payment and then later they will tell u the reason you were troubling us calling often so we blocked you, there logic is to attract people by giving free mobile so they have put up only sms demo videos other job demo is also not there no payment no job and no mobile, please don't fall for these frauds when you ask from when your job will start then you will be blocked they will reply you until you make payment after that you are blocked and the address given is also fraud they have pinned other location in google maps one guy and one lady are running these fraud, please don't register and don't make any payments
