I had applied for a 'matching' mobile no, on August 25, 2025 paying ₹550.00 to the representative. This payment involved the plan charges of ₹349.00 and the balance of ₹201.00 for charges that the representative could not explain..
My application got rejected due to some mismatch in the verification.
They then issued an Order Reference Number (ORN) NO000181BBYA for the refund
I am in constant email communication with their Customer care and have submitted my bank account to them thrice, as proof that their refund has not yet been credited.
And every time they have asked 'for 24 hrs " more to get this resolved.
