I had applied for a 'matching' mobile no, on August 25, 2025 paying ₹550.00 to the representative. This payment involved the plan charges of ₹349.00 and the balance of ₹201.00 for charges​ that the representative could not explain..
My application got rejected due to some mismatch in the verification.

I have 3 prepaid plans for Jio mobile. 1.5 GB in the base plan for 239, 2GB add on & 200 mb. Today ie 18th June 2023 it shows all are exausted. When I checked it shows data usage at 1:00 AM, 1.5 GB data usage at 7 A.M and so on. I never use internet at these hours. So how they have deducted? The mobile data usage as per my mobile settings is also not matching. I have attached a screen shot.Jio is very difficult to contact. I can't speak also to a customer care executive. So I am lodging a complaint. Please help solving my issue.

JIO Distributor is cheating clients by giving false promises till selling the SIM. Once sim is sold and he made his money, he behaves rudely.

I ported in with this number ([protected]) to Jio, mainly because of their 5G promise (that I will get unlimited 5g as part of their welcome offer). While doing so, their representative Shreekrushna Kadu said that I will get a 5G welcome offer within 24 hours of activation. He even gave me a demo on his phone at my location. I did not get any welcome offer. When I called Shreekrushna ([protected]), he says it will be done. But it does not happen. Its strange since he showed me on his mobile that there is 5G range in my location. Moreover, I have another Jio number, [protected] on which I get 5G. What is going on?Â
When I wrote to you on your social media handles, I was asked to 'express interest' which I did long back. Still no luck.
I feel cheated as I ported mainly due to 5G. Why do they make promises they cannot keep? They have cause tremendous mental trauma and potential business loss.

The refund of 399 was initiated on 4/10/2021, HDFC has confirmed thrice that the payment has gone from the bank, but Jio claims that they have received the recharge. This is going on for the past 1 month. Even appeallete of Jio is unable to help me.

I am using jio no and not getting any sms alert, otp, bank sms for 1 months. Previously i was getting when same number was with aircel. But after porting ti jio facing issues.. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. Please rectify this and send the sms messages without late my mobile number [protected]
