Jio Money Wallet — No money refunded

Hi Friends,

I Have booked movie ticket through Jio Wallet and money was detected from my bank account. Until now not received money back. I have send my bank statement also. no reply from Jio. I have send mails to jio money team and no response from them side.
They are asking bank statements also. I have provided my bank statement.
Also i have send a mail to book my show team and no response from their side also. They are cheating people by collecting money.
