Jio4g — network coverage

From the beginning I am using jio4g
Before 2017 December, worked well, but from January the network coverage is very poor, in my location, I used complaint many times, but not taken any action, they telling till wait for 6 month, that meen for 1 year I need use without network coverage, I am paying 399 for month, I could not use my 1.5gb, very poor
