Jio4g — slow internet speed and network

I choose jio 4g for their high internet speed but The network of jio is just bad. internet speed is very slow. i complained for network issues and internet speed but i didn't got solution by customer care service. They said that the area where i live has no good range of network so they are unable toh solve my problem ...so kindly please pay your attention on this issues
