Hi Jiofi Team,
My Jiofi high speed data is getting consumed in just 15 minutes o[censored]sage . I am facing this issue from last four days. I called to customer care but they are keep telling that I am using these data but how can it be possible that 1.5 GB of data can be finished in only 15 minutes although I have changed password of Jiofi . Also I have stop all the update in my mobile with no background application running.
Note: I am have same data pack of 1.5 Gb data /day in my airtel sim but I am not facing any issue.Only when I am connecting my mobile phone with Jiofi, my data is getting consumed in just 15 minutes.
I am sure something problem with either Jiofi modem or software used by Jiofi to calculate data usage.Please provide me satisfactory solution for this issue. Was this information helpful? |
