Jiofi — Sim card not issued

I bought jiofi device last week Saturday from dx mini store Guduvanchery tamilnadu.On date of purchasing, Dx mini store manager assured that he will give sim on Wednesday still now I didn't received my Jiofi sim.Whenever i called him & asked about sim they are always saying no stock from last week they are saying no stock.& They are not answering properly for my question.
