I ordered a product on26th April 2022 but still not delivered my oder no.2597. i raised so many complaints via Email but not respond properly even i contact with number also but number not working.so please resolve my problem

I had ordered one product tsuyoi skin whitening yellow peel and I had paid 854 rupees for online payment and the order was accidentally reprinted by me and I have not yet got refund
