I have ordered products from jioreskincare on[protected] order I'd is 9288899, the order is showing still pending order when I called them number is not in use n then I commented on there insta id jhansiranivedachalam she is the CEO she blocked me... They are doing fraud with many customers.. Plz take action on them

I've received damaged products and i want to return them n i need a refund

Hi. I had ordered few products from them on June 8 on sale. Products worth 1000. They had sent me damaged products full of dusty, old products there is no manufacture date no expiry. 1 soap I had tried had allergies. I stopped using it when I tried calling them they didn't respond. Please do take actions on them as many have been suffering using their products

Now they even blocked me from email ...adress not found total fraud company...i know how I saved my money over a months and these fraudies took it out like nthing so fake now their addresses and number are not found hope this company losses one day fraud

product is ( Sinche body facial soap) from jiore skincare offical website which is provided me, by jiore's Instagram account

I hve ordered facial hair removal combo first if all its all fake the image clearly doesn't match with the actual product Nd the product don't work it's all fake in the description they provide second after trying to return the product their customer care number is if another country by calling again and again they still didn't pick up their agency who handle product in India after delivery their WhatsApp no.is deactivated and they don't reply their delivery guy's number is incorrect it's like whole fraud company first their products are way too expensive second they don't provide any proper details regarding their refunding and returning policy and they don't pick up the phone and don't reply to any email either ...it's total fraud my whole money got wasted and they really sure don't know how to attend it's customer .

When I contact the customer support they are not properly responded and after few days they blocked me on instagram .
I have paid the full amount .
