Jipmer — amount debited twice from my account and not refunded till date

Dear sir/madam,

I have done a fees payment towards my application number: 181560 on dated : 24/03/2018. But the payment got debited twice from my account and it has been credited to your jipmer account. But till date i didn't got my refunded. So kindly look into this and refunded the amount to my bank account.
