I from Chennai..i coming with my aunt for treatment for cancer for chemotherapy. Our appointment on 23.11.2023..Yesterday on 22.11.2023, she fixed the appointment on 23.11.2023. She waiting for doctor long time.her file not taken for long hours. I asked the secuurity in waiting hall.what time doctor call my aunt. He is roodly telling wait.you have to wait long time and scolded me.i am asahmed nearly 100 people in side waiting hall. I thought securities getting bribe from patient those file taken quickly. Kindly take strict action regarding matter

Note. Kindly Ione fixed the appointment please taken all backup filed on doctor table..hospital officials they are not taken all the files. That is why they are taking bribe. All security officials are not behaving richly..they are tried and indecent

    I successfully completed the payment for the application of Group B & C. But the payment status shows as Payment failure. But I completed my Payment and it has been successfully paid and the money is debited from my account. But in application form the payment status shows like payment failure.

            I have a paid the amount of 1500 to JIPMER Portal via UPI. Every time I login the portal shows the payment is pending. But in application details shows payment has been made success.

            I have also checked with the bank. Reply from message

                        Common people are affected by staffs and their relatives on outpatient services. People are waiting a long time to get health care but the staffs are coming straight and seeing the doctors. It may be okay but they are taking a long time for more than 30 minutes or 1 hour. They are talking about their family matters etc. etc.. I personally experienced it. I reached there at 9 am and I got to see the doctor at 12 noon and it literally just took 1 minute for my review. A patient before me she was there for 45 mins talking about her son's marriage, etc..
                        Jipmer should do something about this..
                        Common people are greatly affected by this.
                        They may allot a separate day for staffs and their relatives. So that they may atleast learn or know how to wait in line. If this happens, who will be given the priority? They have to wait for everyone right?
                        Just implement a token system. So that healthcare is provided in "First come first serve" basis.
                        Everyone have their own works and not everyone is free to come and wait in lines standing. Not the jipmer staffs only has super important duties.
                        Consider this and take appropriate action.

                          Hi Team

                          I visited my mom Jipmer regarding the scan for mom but it is raised one month back in the system by doctor only and scanning date is 11th jan 2022. when i visited the department 1092, they mentioned that doctor not raised the request (it almost one month back).

                          Then immediately i checked with doctor but she told that it was raised go and check. Almost i spend 6 hours from department 45 and department 1092, there was no clarity provided by doctor as well as scanning team.

                          Especially, the behavior of doctor was very bad, when i ask doubt she doesnt reply and no answer from her. Even i following her for more than 2 hour, no reply from Doctor Ananya.

                          Could you please suggest me now, when should my mom scan will happen? when should i consult doctor?

                          My humble request is, please treat the patient as respect. Apart from patients, they are human. The basic respect should be provided.

                          This question also raised, no reply from the great doctor. So i am raising here.

                          Any how, there is no action going to be taken on them but it really help if you provide when i visit Jipmer for scanning. i am working as Biostatistician and discussing with very senior doctors but even they dont have this much headweight. But junior doctors in JIPMER have too much.

                                    I heard that jipmer hospital bought new machine for kidney stone removing without surgery . Because myself having kidney stone size of 18 mm . So I want to know to remove the stone without surgery .

                                    Myself also send my scan report to one of the jipmer doctor through whatsup getting introduced by online through your landlines . The doctor also not responding

                                    if you want i can share the doctor mobile number

                                    So according to me please arrange some doctors for consultation, because allover india people cannot come to jipmer for consulting . Myself ready tp pay also My nobile number : [protected]

                                      Hi Sir/Madam
                                      I would like to inform you that I made an enquiry on[protected] at 10:42am to [protected] regarding Cardiac related treatment like tests, surgery charges are free or chargeable. The lady who picked the call and she said she knows only Tamil language and I spoke to her in Tamil.She told me to come to casuality and check the details. I told her am calling from Chennai and its not possible to come to Pondicherry now for just an enquiry. Once I got the confirmation about the treatment is chargeable or not then I can come to hospital along with the patient.But I heard she made fun of me with one male colleague and laughing and told me to come after Covid. Did your staff knows when the Covid will end then please share with the public via media also. Also I asked her did I shared any comedy with you to laugh, she and her colleague literally insulted me and I have call recording for the same. All your landline enquiry numbers are not working. I dont understand why you kept that lady who knows only Tamil language, then people who can't speak Tamil how they will communicate with her and get the details and avail treatment?Finally she told me that she don't have time to speak with me and disconnected the line. I can share the call records in social media and also to PM cell for further action.

                                        We are went four times in emergency ...just they are trying to gave ... partime care ...they need not to cure the problem ., ...in permanent way ...they telling that they have protocol ...they only follow that they need not care any emergency ...and gave tritment ...they referred us opd ...they gave date for scan ...we need to wait for that date ...if the patient dead in meanwhile they don't forther ...I know if I have came with recomentition with the staff in this hospital I have got better tritment ...I need to compliment reg this ...in person ...if possible call me I come and told u ...I aslo gave u in writing every thing ...
