Jipmer — application fee excess paid but no refund received

I applied for mbbs 2018 entrance exam and made payment through net banking twice on 23.03.18 and twice on 26.03.18. Money had been deducted from my bank account but the form was showing incomplete and payment not done. Application fee was paid successfully using debit card on 03.04.18. Please take necessary action to refund the excess amount paid rs.6000/-
