Jipmer — Application form fees

I have made online payment for jipmer application form but even after successful transaction it shows "payment not done" and tells to make payment otherwise form will not be considered and when I again made payment, the payment was deducted *twice* from my bank account so, I had to give thrice the money _3600+_ This is highly unfair n I want to get my money back. Plz refund the money ASAP
