Jipmer — application without placard

Sir/madam,

I, atmadeep ghosh, with application number 34174 had filled up the form of application as per the details given in the jipmer prospectus. However, i am very sorry to realise that i had uploaded my image without a banner of my name and date. I deeply regret this mistake and i beg your pardon for this blunder and i look forward to your assistance in this regard. I don't want my application to be cancelled and it would be very helpful of you to please guide me in this matter. I will remain ever grateful to you for your gracious act. With deep regrets, guilt and regards,

During registration amount is dedicted, but registration is unsuccessful, i confirm through the bank, i tried another time then registration is successfully, please check and refung money, i hope you will this care of this.

I apply JIPMER2018 MBBS 2018 exam at 21.03.2018 application fees RS.1513.28 debit on my account but not pay for application fess a ask the jipmer customer care hr sey refund after 15 days but customer asking amount
