Jipmer — I applied for jipmer mbbs 2017 on 13th april 2017. rs 1217.25 was deducted but jipmer application site shows not done the payment

I applied for jipmer mbbs 2017 on 13th april 2017. Rs 1217.25 was deducted from my federal bank account but there was an error after that.
When i login into jipmer application site it shows "you have not done the payment yet. Please click on “edit” button and make the payment, otherwise your application will not be considered".

Please help in resolving the issue.
