Jipmer — jipmer 2018 transaction successfully happen but application not submitted money deducted

I had applied for jipmer 2018 exam for my sister. Exam fees it as 1500. I had filled all the details when we went payment gateway i had made net banking for paying my exam pay. The transaction successfully happened but application showing not submitted payment not happened but money gets deducted from my account. I just shocked what was happened is really annoying. Can you please consider my complaint resolved fastly.
