Jipmer — jipmer application form 2018 not refunded money

I am Julali Gadekar, a candidate for jipmer 2018.I have registered sucessfully.But i have made the payment through SBI NETbanking the trasnsaction was unsucessfully and Rs 1213 .28was deducted from cyber cafes man account but my application asking for payment (SBI acno:[protected]).On enquiry SBI, they said that our side the transaction made sucess and so you have to inform the Jipmer .so that I have made another payment through my Debit card.So twice for the fees through SBI netbank and debit card payment
First transaction money till not refunded & second time payment successful.Please help to this issue.
