Jipmer — jipmer fee refund

Dear sir/madam,

I was applying for jipmer 2018 and while making the payment for jipmer 2018 on 17/03/18, initially it showed that the transaction failed. Hence i tried the second time and it was successful. But the issue is that, an amount of rs.1500 got debited twice from my bank account.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible.

As I am an Indian. By mistakely I give my category as OCI and I had paid 3000rs where as I have to pay 1600 .
And as an mark of identification I gave my Adhar no. also please let me know how to rectify my mistake
