I filled the form on 22nd of march and my user id is 173762 and tried to pay using internet banking but after the amount got deducted the website stopped responding, None of the customer service representative picked up the phone, so i am writing here. I have applied for jipmer mbbs 2018.i application fee has been already deducted from my account but i am not able to submit application, plz help me how i will submit my appliction, if can not they tell me how can get back my money
