Jipmer — Not getting my username & password

I, am suvrojit sharma with due respect and Humble request i would like to state you that I was applied Jipmer PG 2022 entrance exam Registration For MPH[protected], my payment is also Successful by i don't get my User name & password in My email, i also checked my spam mail's but..i don't get it .
I hope you look into this matter as soon as possible & obliged me.
