Jipmer — photo without placard

I am d. Bharath, with application number 131730 had filled up the form of application as per the details given in the jipmer prospectus. However, i am very sorry to realise that i had uploaded my image without a banner of my name and date. I deeply regret this mistake and i beg your pardon for this blunder and i look forward to your assistance in this regard. I don't want my application to be cancelled and it would be very helpful of you to please guide me in this matter. I will remain ever grateful to you for your gracious act.
