Jipmer — problem on uploading sponsorship certificate

Dear Sir, I have successfully submited JIPMER PG 2018 application form, As I couldn't submit sponsored certificate at the time of form submission, I log in with my user id, but there is no option to upload scan copy of sponsored certificate.Since the last date of submission of sposored certificate is 1st Nov 2017, Pliz help me ASAP.
