Jipmer — regarding md/ms application form online payment

My application id 16802. I tried to apply for jipmer md/ms exam and did online payment through hdfc account for amount of rs. 1517.5amount has been deducted but application form showed payment unsuccessful but amount has been deducted from my account with reference number[protected]. Again i retried paying but this time also amount got deductedfrom my account with reference number[protected]but jipmer form shows payment unsuccessful. Kindly look into issue and solve as soon as possible
